We collect the following categories of personal data when you register or use our platform:
• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication provider details (Google, LINE, or email/password). • Bidding activity: your bid history, winning bids, and auction participation records. • Artwork data (artists only): uploaded images, titles, descriptions, medium, dimensions, and pricing information you provide. • Payment information: transaction amounts and payment status. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session identifiers used for security and fraud prevention.
Third-Party Services
We share data with the following trusted service providers solely to operate the platform:
• Supabase: provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and activity records are stored on Supabase servers in Singapore. • Stripe: processes all payment transactions. Stripe receives your payment card details and billing information directly. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data they process. • Google: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google's OAuth service. • LINE: if you sign in with LINE, we receive your LINE display name and user identifier.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your Rights Under Taiwan PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan (個人資料保護法), you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data. • Withdraw consent to data processing (note: this may affect your ability to use the platform). • Obtain a copy of your data in a portable format.
