In `20260731`, Artist Dogz draws on Brooklyn's atmosphere, which he describes as having a slower pace than the fashion and luxury he associates with Manhattan. Painted in acrylic on canvas, the work connects this urban inspiration with hip-hop and the music that continues to shape his practice. He enjoyed dancing during his student years. Although he no longer dances, music remains a catalyst for his painting. He approaches the canvas as another medium for carrying sound and movement, translating these influences into abstraction.
